A Classic Summertime Dress

A white eyelet dress is one of the most classic summertime styles that I can think of. It’s comfortable, lightweight, has a nice texture, and can be accessorized with any color.

I recently partnered with Lane Bryant to share a look from their Americana collection on Instagram. I wasn’t asked to share here on the blog, but wanted to because I loved this dress and the size range of 14-40. I’m 5’10 and wearing the size 26/28.

The entire outfit, head to toe (even down to the underwear!) is from Lane Bryant. This dress can be worn on the shoulders or off. I paired it with my absolute favorite strapless bra, the Lightly Lined Multi Way Strapless Bra from Lane Bryant. My tip is to try on a few different sizes in band and cup. I had this bra before in a different size and I didn’t feel like it supported me, but it turns out the band was too large. It should be really snug and fit on the largest row of hooks, so that as it stretches, you can adjust it smaller.

If you have a wider face like I do, these oversized sunglasses are SO GOOD. Lane Bryant always does a great job with plus-friendly accessories, but these have become a fast favorite. Even better? They’re under $10 right now.
