Work from home… in sequins?

Sharing a quick outfit of the day (OOTD) because this is such a fantastic piece and one of my favorite things purchased all year – a sequin kaftan.

JIBRI Metallic Sequin Maxi Kaftan

This sequin kaftan is from JIBRI, the line of Jasmine Elder, an independent plus size designer based just outside of Atlanta. I’ve seen some of my favorite plus size fashionistas wear JIBRI throughout the years, and at FFFWeek as Designer of the Year, and when this caftan came out, I bought it as a birthday gift to myself. What a better way to start covered in a comfortable sequin caftan that makes you feel like a goddess?!

The kaftan is beautifully made. The lining is soft and silky, and it’s surprisingly not overly heavy or hot. All of the styles at JIBRI are handmade to order, but believe me that the styles are well worth the wait.
