Some of my best childhood memories are fun summer days in my backyard with my family. Jumping on the trampoline, eating a meal fresh off the grill, or just running around without a care in the world. As an adult, my favorite times are still centered around creating memories with my loved ones. I’m a mom of two young kids and the moment the temperatures are warm enough to spend our time outdoors that’s exactly where I want to be! There’s just something so nostalgic and special about hanging out in your backyard with your family and friends.
We recently hosted our annual “School’s Out/Welcome Summer” party for our kids’ preschool friends and our neighbors. I love doing it for a number of reasons but one of the more selfish reasons is that hosting a party the first week of summer break incentivizes me to get all the outdoor yardwork done early so that we can enjoy a nice backyard setup all summer long.

Portable Projector
Don’t tell my husband, but this VANKYO Portable Projector along with an outdoor portable screen are going to be his Father’s Day gift. We’ve slowly but surely been adding fun features to our backyard and I know he’s going to love this!
